Technical Support Policy
Singapore Business Hosting is responsible for
supporting our clients in their technical needs
and problems
This does not include fulfilling any programming
based requests or any other request that is non
related to our terms of service. Your Dedicated
IT Manger will provide basic assistance and advice
based on your description of the problem which
you have encountered.
Singapore Business Hosting will not offer technical
support for third party vendor products that are
not part of our existing hosting services. If
you have such a problem it will be recommended
to seek with your Dedicated IT Manger or refer
your questions to the vendor of the program.
Support Hours
Phone
Phone support is provided daily from 9.00am to
6.30pm, Monday to Friday during office hours.
After office hours, please contact your Dedicated
IT Manager for any technical support related issues.

Email support is available 24 hrs a day via support@ifoundries.com.
All emails will be answered within 3 hours
Emergency Support
For customers that require emergency support services
outside of business hours. Please contact your
dedicated IT manager for support.
